Information for entrants
Date:
Saturday October 9th, 2010
Time:
The race will start at 11.30 a.m.
Race Limit:
The race limit is 700; (inc. approx. 350 Dutch
runners): therefore it is recommended that you enter in advance
to avoid disappointment
Minimum age:
for entering the 10 km is 16 years
Closing date:
for entries is October 1th, 2010
How to enter:
a) by on line or sent the
entry form by mail to the address mentioned on the flyer.
b) entry on the day is
possible, from 8.30 a.m untill 10.15 a.m (no later than half an hour
before the start)
c) all entries have to be
payed Cash, on
the day itself you must report at the Mayflower Primary School, Main
Road, Dovercourt, no later than half an hour before the race starts.
Please pay there, after which you will receive your number. Please pay the EXACT AMOUNT IN CASH on the day and do NOT send any payment to us in advance. We cannot accept cheques because of the high bank charges.

Parking:
There are enough parking spaces in the vicinity of
the school
Changing facilities:
Changing and toilet facilities are available in
the school
Baggage:
There will be a left baggage desk in the school,
however please do not bring any valuables
The race:
A one lap course with two drink stations, half way
and at the finish
Memento:
All finishers will receive a memento
Trophies:
Presentation of trophies and prizes will be in the
main hall of the Mayflower School, at approximately 1 p.m.
Trophies will be presented
by the Mayor of Harwich.
List of race results and
photographs will be shown on line, just 24 hours after the race.
